Eagle Sport Roller Skis

Eagle Sport has specialized in rollerski racing since 1992. Eagle Sport's Rabbit features interchangeable rubber wheels for training (top photo) and polyurethane wheels for racing (bottom photo). Vasaloppet Magazine ranked the Eagle Sport Rabbit #1 for speed. Eagle Sport is the choice of most of Europe's rollerski racing teams. At the 2000 FIS World Rollerski Championships, 70% of all athletes and 90% of all medal winners skied on Eagle Sport.

Eagle Sport rollerskis use interchangeable wheels: Fast for racing and slow for training. Racing wheels are durable polyurethane wrapped around a nylon hub with ABEC-5 bearings. Training wheels feature a lightweight machined aluminum hub, a specially-formulated long-lasting rubber compound, and high quality waterproof rubber-sealed bearings. Rubber wheels are more expensive than polyurethane, but they're worth it. The Hybrid ski uses a polyurethane wheel in the rear and a rubber wheel in the front. Frame length is measured from axle to axle. Most skate skis are 53 to 60 cm (21" to 24"). Classic skis are 65 to 70 cm (26" to 28").
