Rossignol's top-of-the-line elite junior racing skate skis have most of the features of the X-ium WCS series skis, but at less than half the price.
The Rossignol X-IUM SKATING WCS JR is an elite-level, high-performance World Cup skate ski for competitive junior athletes. Featuring a carbon laminate, Active Cap construction, Honeycomb Light core and Extended Edge technology, X-ium WCS Jr. skis are ultra-lightweight and deliver powerful and precise performance. A lower and shorter tip lightens swing weight and improves maneuverability, while the Double Groove Guide enhances stability and tracking. The X-ium WCS Jr. has a universal base grind and camber profile for all snow conditions. Factory-installed NIS mounting plate is compatible with NNN slide-on bindings; SNS bindings can also be mounted.
Core Material: Honeycomb Structure. Very light material with excellent compression characteristics and strength; Used on all Expert skis and some Performance skis.

Rossicap for more freedom of movement at tip and tail. Tip and tail float and glide freely over uneven terrain to deliver the "snake effect".
