Madshus Nanosonic Skate SC

Founded in 1906, Madshus is the oldest ski company in the world. Madshus skis have won more Olympic medals than any other brand. All our Madshus skis except Intrasonic are manufactured in Madshus' own factory in Norway. Check out these unbeatable low prices on Madshus race and touring skis.

Our elite race skis are the same models used in the Winter Olympics. They feature superlight carbon-fiber construction with a hollow core, and a high-speed P190 Nanoparticle or P-Tex 4000 base that absorbs a large amount of wax. The result is a super-slippery base that gives you a longer glide after every push. You can choose the Nanosonic or Hypersonic R (Regular), which have a universal base grind; or your skis can be customized for specific snow conditions,

such as soft and wet (SC), or hard-packed and icy (HP).

Madshus Nanosonic and Hypersonic skis are available with the Rottefella NIS Binding System. NIS features include:

Binding slides quickly and easily onto a pre-mounted track and locks in place. No ski drilling required.

Reposition your bindings forward, back, or right on balance point, in reponse to varying snow conditions.

Adjust the heel plate forward or back to fit any size boot.

In a crash, binding releases from track, avoiding skier injuries and ski damage.

2012 Nanosonic Skate SC: Weight 1000g/190cm, Sidecut 44-43-44mm, Lengths 170-195cm/5cm
