Nordic Skater Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Nordic Skater.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Restocking Fees

Items purchased that require technician work, i.e. binding installs, tuning, etc. will be subject to a 25%

restocking fee. Items returned outside of the 30 day return window will also be subject to a 25%

restocking fee and refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.

Warranty

All items purchased that are current season will have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in material and craftsmanship. All warranty claims will be processed by Nordic Skater via the manufacturer. If the manufacturer rules that product is defective, we will provide you with a new product.

All Items considered “New, Old Stock” i.e. New boots from 2016, will be considered sold “As is” and will not be eligible for a warranty.

Shipping

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
