40 S (16") is for skaters 5'3" and shorter with boot size 38 or smaller
43 M (17.5") is for skaters 5'4" to 5'8" with boot size 39 to 42
45 L (19") is for skaters 5'9" to 6'1" with boot size 43 to 46
48 XL (20.5") is for skaters 6'2" and taller with boot size 47 or larger
